Responsibilities: Development of a digital processing system for CCDimage sensors using digital correlated double sampling readout technique. Digital design and characterization process.

Electronic Engineer (Research), ESS Bilbao, Spain
2015–2016

In charge of designing beam instrumentation and diagnostics for the Medium Energy Beam Transport (MEBT) for the ESS proton accelerator in Lund (Sweden).
Responsibilities: sensor/detector physics, mechanical design, electronic design, prototyping and tests.

Detector Engineer (Research), European Synchrotron Radiation Facility, (France) and ALBA, (Spain)
2012–2015

Member of the Detector & Electronics Group at the ESRF from April 2012 to March 2014.
Responsibilities: consulting, support and development capabilities in the area of X-ray detectors and diagnostics for the beamlines, including assistance in the selection, specification and characterisation of detectors. Responsible for the detector’s development for diagnostics at ALBA CELLS Synchrotron during the last year.

Electronic Engineer (Research), Institute of Applied Physics and Structure of Matter Institute, Spanish National Research Council, Spain
2009–2012

Research and development of advanced systems for aircraft using the eco-efficiency system (Airbus Company).
Responsibilities: development of a complete LabVIEW data acquisition system for an electronic nose and automatic gas line; development of multi-sensor systems using different detection principles.

Contributing to experimental nuclear physics R&D in a number of European projects.
Responsibilities: testing and maintenance of gamma and charged particle detectors and the related electronics; responsible for the electronic setup during experiments carried out at different international research facilities.
